Shipping Policy
- Delivery typically takes 4-5 business days. Please note that delivery time excludes payment verification and administrative processes.
- Items are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
- Customers or addressees (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
- If no one is available at the home or office to receive the package, a redelivery will be attempted one more time. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable redelivery time.
- Once the order is shipped, we will send a detailed email with the name of the courier company and tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier company thereafter. We can assist customers with the exact status of their order along with its location.
